課程概述 |
本課程主題涵蓋人工智慧(AI)、數據科學(Data Science)等核心技術之介紹,以及這些技術於人居環境應用及實務上可能遇到的挑戰及倫理議題。本課程進行方式採多元、互動進行,除了授課教師,亦將邀請跨領域學、業界專家分享見解、經驗,以互動方式、深入淺出地幫助學生增進人工智慧相關知識,以及培養學生面對真實世界議題時之分析、思考模式,未來可以更佳地面對跨領域AI研究合作於技術及倫理上之挑戰。此外,本課程將提供學生進行專案研究之機會,安排系列課程修習之學生於本課程學習將AI實際應用於環境、氣候、能源等「智慧人居環境」主題中,以落實系列課程核心理論學習及AI應用。
本課程實際進行將區分成三大部分,包括:
• AI倫理探討:涵蓋數據倫理(Data ethics)、資訊倫理(information ethics)和科技倫理(technology ethics)。
• AI應用:包括於BIM,智慧城市、能源、永續、氣候環境以及智慧永續交通等議題。
• AI專案研究:學生需於學期初提出研究主題,並於學期期間之檢核點提出專案初步研究成果,最後於期末需完成此研究專案報告。
The topics of this course cover the introduction of core technologies of artificial intelligence (AI) and data science, as well as the challenges and ethical issues that these technologies may encounter when these technologies are applied to real-world engineering problems. This course is carried out in a variety of ways and interactively. In addition to the lecturers, experts from different fields and industries will also be invited to share their insights and experiences, and help students improve their knowledge of artificial intelligence and train them to face real-world issues in an interactive and simple way.
In addition, this course will provide students with the opportunity to conduct project research to learn the practical application of AI to the "smart built environment" topics, such as environment, climate, and energy, so as to implement the core theoretical learning of the series of courses and AI applications.
The actual conduct of this course will be divided into three parts, including:
• Discussion on AI ethics: covering data ethics, information ethics and technology ethics.
• AI applications: including BIM, smart city, energy, sustainability, climate and environment, and smart sustainable transportation.
• AI project research: Students need to propose a research topic at the beginning of the semester, and present the preliminary research results of the project at the checkpoint during the semester, and finally complete the research project report at the end of the semester.
